1 引 言 糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的严重并发症,是成年人致盲的重要原因。糖尿病发病率在我国逐渐上升,糖尿病患者中糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率达51.3％,已成为防盲的重要课题。
1 Introduction Diabetic retinopathy is a common serious complication of diabetes and is an important cause of adult blindness. The incidence of diabetes in our country is gradually rising, the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy in diabetic patients reached 51.3%, has become an important topic of prevention of blindness.
