Yang Guobin was born in January 1963 in Taixing, Jiangsu Province. CPC member. 1985 Yangzhou Teachers College graduate, June 2007, Royal Institute of Canada graduate MBA. He is a member of the compilation group of high school chemistry textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and a director of the National Private Education Outstanding Personnel Council. He is also the first batch of senior teachers of teaching-level middle schools in Jiangsu Province, outstanding educators in Jiangsu Province and vice chairman of Yangzhou Junior Middle School Professional Committee of Jiangsu Education Association , Jiangsu Province
