本文叙述了冷拔不锈钢和耐热钢等无缝管用的外模、内模和镶块采用煤油加氨气为原料的气体氰化新工艺。处理后,模具渗层厚度可达0.9mm,碳氮浓度:碳1%左右,氮0.3%左右。碳氮可以分别控制,与传统的液体氰化工艺相比,提高模具寿命一倍左右,节省电耗百分之五十,成本降低三分之二,彻底解决了液体氰化造成的公害,大大改善了操作者的劳动条件。
