近些年,我在工隙里捣鼓方格,常有三爪两鳞见诸报端。逢巧厂里企管处缺“笔秆子”,我便从工人岗转为企管工作者。刚接手工作,自以为有点墨水,拟写各类会议纪要、考核方案、通知、规章制度等轻车熟路。谁料,当我埋头写好的第一稿会议纪要,以及对厂里处室工作情况考核印草稿,统统都被判为“废品”,我懵了。好几天百思不得其解,处长看出我的心思,语重心长地叮嘱我多学、多问、多看些书刊。那回,处长从办公橱里抽出一大攥杂志书,顺手递给我一本封面亮丽的《工厂管理》。很快地,我便被《工厂管理》所吸引。她与我心有灵犀一点通,成为扶掖我事业、主导我思维方式、不断增添我工作长进的“营养品”。
