信息会议在京举行 1999年4月1日～3日铁道部在北京铁道大厦召开了“全路运输信息工作会议”。 铁道部副部长刘志军在会上指出,近年来全路大规模开展了运输信息系统建设。1995年TMIS(运输管理信息系统)工程开始实施,此后PMIS(客票发售和预订信息系统)建设、DMIS(调度指挥信息系统)工程和通信三年攻坚战陆续展开。按照铁道部的统一部署,参战单位和人员团结协作,苦干实干,取得了令人欣喜的成果。 TMIS成绩显著,PMIS即将实现目标,DMIS取得阶段性成果,通信三年攻坚战取得了重大进展。
