目的:探索真菌菌丝体吸附紫石英水煎液中重金属的处理方法。方法:分析菌丝体添加量、吸附时间、p H值和温度对真菌菌丝体吸附紫石英水煎液中重金属的影响,进而通过正交试验设计优化吸附工艺,并对吸附效果进行评价。结果:最佳吸附条件为:真菌菌丝体用量为1.0 g/50 m L水煎液、吸附处理3 h、p H值为5.0、温度为40℃。此时紫石英水煎液中重金属去除率可达70.12%,同时发现钙离子浓度也降低了35.99%。结论:真菌菌丝体可实现对紫石英水煎液中重金属离子的选择性吸附,为该工艺的进一步开发提供了基础。
Objective: To explore the treatment method of fungal mycelium adsorption of heavy metals in purple quartz decoction. Methods: The effects of the amount of mycelium, adsorption time, pH value and temperature on the adsorption of heavy metals in the mycelia of Amethyst were studied. The adsorption process was optimized by orthogonal design, and the adsorption effect was evaluated. Results: The optimal adsorption conditions were as follows: fungal mycelium was 1.0 g / 50 m L decoction, adsorption treatment for 3 h, p H value was 5.0 and temperature was 40 ℃. At this point purple stone decoction of heavy metal removal rate of up to 70.12%, while also found that calcium concentration was reduced by 35.99%. Conclusion: The mycelium of fungi can achieve the selective adsorption of heavy metal ions in Amethyst decoction, which provides the basis for the further development of this technology.
