党的十八大报告强调,要毫不动摇鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展。当前,大连高新区正在实施加快建设“两个世界一流”、建设全市创新驱动示范区的发展战略。按照《报告》要求,加强工作创新,做大做强非公企业党建工作,是学习贯彻党的十八大精神、坚持和加强党对非公企业领导的政治需要,也是贯彻落实科学发展观、发展壮大非公有制经济、实现高新区发展战略的现实要求。
