探讨了短时间-6°卧床模拟失重对外周血T淋巴细胞受到多克隆刺激剂植物凝集素(phytohemagglutinin,PHA)刺激后增殖能力和细胞因子产生的影响。结果表明:卧床模拟失重2d后T淋巴细胞受到PHA刺激后增殖明显下降;白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)的活性呈下降趋势;白细胞介素-2受体(interleukin-2receptir,IL-2R)的表达无明显改变;白细胞介素-6的产生明显下降。卧床模拟失重6d后,淋巴细胞增殖恢复正常;IL-2的活性和IL-2R的表达无明显改变。白细胞介素-6的产生明显下降。提示:-6°卧床导致T淋巴细胞功能下降可能与其分泌的细胞因子产生减少有关
To investigate the effect of short-term 6-bed simulated weightlessness on proliferation and cytokine production of peripheral blood T lymphocytes stimulated by polyclonal stimulator phytohemagglutinin (PHA). The results showed that the proliferation of T lymphocytes was significantly decreased after PHD stimulation for 2 days, and the activity of interleukin-2 (IL-2) was decreased. The interleukin-2 susceptibility , IL-2R) expression did not change significantly; interleukin-6 production decreased significantly. After 6 days of bedridden simulated weightlessness, the proliferation of lymphocytes returned to normal; the activity of IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R did not change significantly. Interleukin-6 production was significantly reduced. Tip: -6 ° bed rest leading to decreased T lymphocyte function may be related to its secretion of cytokines decreased
