一个行业,只有在市场竞争的环境里才能发展和壮大。在市场环境下,消费者支付了资金就能得到所需的相应的服务,服务者得到越高的资金就能付出更高质量的服务。在中国社会主义市场经济体制下,医院行业也是如此。医院的治疗水平越高,需要的技术及设备资金就越大,患者支付费用也越高。同时,价值规律规定需要增长刺激供给的增长,药品市场的开放,药品的推销、广告等给人们带来了药价虚高现象,出现了许多患者看不起病的现象和医患关系不正常的现象。
