目前,线接触弹流油膜厚度的计算公式在各润滑状态中是不同的,尤其在弹性一变粘度状态下有着好几种公式,它们的计算结果差别很大。本文首先提出一个表达弹流润滑状态的无量纲参数:弹流润滑状态参数t=1g g3+2/(1g g1+2)。然后提出了一个适合各润滑状态的统一的油膜厚度计算公式:h′=Ag1~n,其中A和n均为t的函数,当t>1时,换g1为g3。该式计算结果与数值计算结果一般误差值小于5~10%,与实测结果基本一致,而各原有公式均有局限性,否则在同样条件下计算的误差甚至会比求得的油膜厚度值大几倍。最后,本文还提出一张修正的润滑状态图,其中各润滑状态具有明确的物理意义和合理的边界,而且此图使用起来比较方便。
