目的分析早产儿与足月适于胎龄儿3岁内体格发育及智能发育情况。方法 189例早产儿及足月适于胎龄儿,根据胎龄分成早产儿组(A组,87例)和足月适于胎龄儿组(B组,102例),行为期3年随访,比对两组新生儿0~3岁各时段体格发育及智能发育水平差异。结果在随访的3年间,同一年龄段内A组受试儿体重、身长及胸围等各体格发育指标均明显低于B组受试儿,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同一年龄段内A组受试儿智能发育明显落后于B组受试儿,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿在3岁前,体格发育情况及智力发育情况均不及足月适于胎龄儿,临床应加强此类患儿早期干预力度,予以早期干预训练,以此提高早产儿生活质量。 Objective To analyze the physical development and intelligence development of preterm and term infants of 3 years old at gestational age. Methods A total of 189 preterm infants and term infants were enrolled in this study. The gestational age was divided into three groups according to gestational age: premature infants (87 cases) and full term infants (B group, 102 cases) , Compared with the two groups of 0 to 3 years of age at different levels of physical development and mental development. Results At 3 years of follow-up, the physical development indexes of body weight, body length and chest circumference in group A were significantly lower than those in group B in the same age group (P <0.05). The same age The intelligence development of group A subjects obviously lagged behind that of group B subjects, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Before the age of 3, the physical development and mental development of premature infants are not as adequate as the full-term suitable for gestational age. Early intervention in these children should be strengthened and early intervention training should be given to improve the quality of life of premature infants.
