民用车辆柴油机继续朝着高功率发展。可以预言,几年后将有平均有效压力15~17巴,转速达2200转/分的发动机问世。同时设计目标也将是提高发动机的可靠性和延长使用寿命。涡轮增压发动机将进一步降低油耗,减少污染。由于涡轮增压技术的推广客车发动机也将有较高的热负荷。在文中将论述在民用车辆发动机活塞的设计中具有上述发展趋势的研究结果。本文是根据西德纳切塞尔姆的卡尔史密特股份有限公司西勃(G·Schieber)和散特(W·Samder)工程师在卡尔史密特学术讨论年会上提出的技术论文编写的。
The civilian vehicle diesel engine continues to move toward high power. It can be predicted that in a few years there will be an average effective pressure of 15 ~ 17 bar, the speed of 2200 rev / min engine came out. At the same time the design goal will also be to improve the reliability of the engine and extend the service life. Turbocharged engines will further reduce fuel consumption and reduce pollution. Due to the promotion of turbocharger technology bus engine will also have a higher heat load. In this paper, we will discuss the research results of the above trends in the design of engine pistons for civilian vehicles.
