为进一步贯彻落实中央第四次西藏工作座谈会及全区经济工作会议精神,实现西藏旅游业跨越式发展的战略目标,配合国家旅游局2004年中国百姓生活游主题,国家旅游局、西藏自治区政府将于6月至11月期间主办,自治区旅游局及各地(市)行署承办2004年中国百姓生活游-西藏圣地游活动。 每年的6-11月是高原空气中含氧量最高的时节,整个高原风和日丽,万物生机盎然,这段时间是西藏旅游的黄金季节和文化民俗
