在房屋建造的施工过程中,后浇带施工影响着房屋的整体质量。后浇带法对钢筋混凝土收缩变形、高层主体与裙房间的差异沉降和混凝土的温度变形应力问题的解决,起到有效作用。因为后浇带是用混凝土二次浇筑后密实成结构体,然后调整沉降或伸缩,所以为了它能更好的发挥作用,从后浇带的设计到施工中的应用,都要引起设计人员及施工人员的高度重视,才能保证建筑物的整体质量。本文主要研究房屋建筑中后浇带如何合理设计,探讨在施工中的如何正确应用。
