高职院校在飞速发展的过程中,需要注重师资等人力资源的管理,提升高职院校整个管理系统的运行效率。通过分析现阶段高职院校人力资源管理的现状,以及人力资源系统的总体设计,并进一步提出了实现高职院校人力资源管理系统的具体方法。
In the process of rapid development of higher vocational colleges, we need to pay attention to the management of human resources such as teachers and improve the operating efficiency of the entire management system in higher vocational colleges. By analyzing the current situation of human resource management in higher vocational colleges and the overall design of human resource system, and further put forward specific methods to realize the human resource management system in higher vocational colleges.
