本文通过问卷的方式,调查了杭州师范大学本科师生对该校法学专业教育现状的看法,以法学教育认识、法学教育课程体系等角度为切入点,探讨现今法学教育中的问题。通过调查分析,可得出:(1)师生对于法学专业的基本认识存在较大差异;(2)法学教育体系存在问题,主要表现在实务课程占比不足、课程衔接性差、公共课比例过大等。对此,我们提出了相关建议。
This paper investigates the views of undergraduates and teachers of Hangzhou Normal University on the status quo of law major education in Hangzhou Normal University through the way of questionnaire and explores the problems in current law education with the perspectives of legal education and law education curriculum system as starting points. Through the investigation and analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) teachers and students have great differences in the basic understanding of law major; (2) there are problems in the legal education system, mainly in the following aspects: the proportion of practical courses is not enough, the courses are poor, the proportion of public courses Big and so on. In this regard, we made the relevant recommendations.
