全球家电业创新模式正在发生深刻变革,诸多企业纷纷开始借助外部优势资源进行产品创新,以节约创新成本并提高创新效率,英特尔在大学成立“Lablet”研究所、海尔打造开放式研发平台以及TC与宜家家居合作开发电视解决方案都是技术研发模式创新的典型代表。在互联网经济时代,仅仅依靠企业内部创新资源研发技术和产品的创新模式已经过时,无法构建适应新时代市场和产业发展特性的企业将在新时代的创新竞争中落伍,最终面临不断衰退的尴尬。
