缘起 今年四月，东方视觉网的负责人何彬找到赵罡，说希望“暖春·城市数字影像展”能到苏州来举办。“暖春·城市数字影像展”是东方视觉网于2004年启动的一项长期致力于推动中国数字影像艺术创意与传播的公益性计划，常年征集优秀的以数字手段创作的影像作品，包括实验、剧情、记录、动画等。本来，“数字影像”对大家而言已不是什么新鲜词儿，我们的学生中，亦有不少人尝试着用DV拍短片、拍记录片，可苏州在这方面的交流活动极少，作为独立影像的推崇者，我们非常希望能促成这样一个影像观看、交流的活动。
Origin In April of this year, He Bin, head of Oriental Vision Network, found Zhao Gang and said he hoped that “Warm Spring · Urban Digital Image Exhibition” could be held in Suzhou. “Warm Spring · Urban Digital Image Exhibition” is a long-term nonprofit project initiated by Oriental Vision Network in 2004 to promote the creativity and dissemination of digital video art in China. It solicits outstanding digital works of digital art all year long, including experiments , Plot, record, animation and so on. Originally, “digital video” was no longer a new word for everyone. Many of our students tried to make short films and record films by making use of DVs. There were very few exchange activities in this area in Suzhou as a separate video We are very much looking forward to such an event of video viewing and exchange.
