[目的 ]总结、推广我市实行乙肝疫苗计免保偿工作成功经验。 [方法 ]对 1996年 7月以来实行乙肝疫苗计免保偿工作的资料统计、比较并进行综合分析。 [结果 ]实行乙肝疫苗计免保偿后 ,乙肝疫苗接种率显著提高 ,普及了乙型肝炎的防治知识 ,有利于乙肝疫苗免疫效价的测定 ,解决了计划免疫经费不足的问题。 [结论 ]实行乙肝疫苗计免保偿是加速计划免疫工作进程的有效途径。
[Objective] To summarize and popularize the successful experience of hepatitis B vaccine-free compensation in our city. [Method] Statistics, comparison and comprehensive analysis were conducted on the data of the exemption for hepatitis B vaccine since July 1996. [Results] After hepatitis B vaccine was exempted from compensation, the vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine was significantly increased, the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B was popularized, which was in favor of the determination of the immune titer of hepatitis B vaccine and solved the problem of insufficient funding for planned immunization. [Conclusion] The implementation of hepatitis B vaccine TBC is an effective way to speed up the immunization process.
