根据固体与分子经验电子理论,计算了低合金白口铸铁中M_3C型碳化物的价电子结构及其晶胞中各共价键的键能,提出了层内与层间键合力迥异系数θ,并据此分析了凝固过程中合金元素Cr,Mn和W对渗联体形貌的影响.
According to the solid and molecular empirical electron theory, the valence electron structures of the M_3C carbides in low alloy white cast iron and the bond energies of the covalent bonds in the unit cell have been calculated. The different coefficients θ of the bonding force between layers and layers have been proposed. The effects of alloying elements such as Cr, Mn and W on the morphology of the permeate during solidification were analyzed.
