目的:了解消化内科老年住院患者营养不良发生情况。方法:对2008年6月—2011年5月在内科住院的115例消化内科老年患者的营养情况进行简易营养评价法(MNA)评价。结果:115例消化内科老年患者,营养不良80例,发生率为69.6%。其中,60—65岁25例,66岁—70岁21例,71—75岁20例,76岁以上14例,营养不良发生率分别为64.1%、64.5%、74.1%、77.8%。其中,60—65岁和66岁—70岁年龄组相比,差异性不明显(P>0.05),71—75岁和76岁以上年龄组相比,差异性不明显(P>0.05),而76岁以上和71—75岁与66岁—70岁和60—65岁年龄组相比,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科老年住院患者营养不良发生率较高,且随着患者年龄的增加,其发生率还可逐步升高。
Objective: To understand the incidence of malnutrition in elderly inpatients with gastroenterology. Methods: The nutritional status of 115 elderly patients with gastroenterology in hospital from June 2008 to May 2011 was evaluated by simple nutritional assessment (MNA). Results: Among the 115 cases of elderly patients with gastroenterology, malnutrition occurred in 80 cases, the incidence was 69.6%. Among them, 25 cases were 60-65 years old, 21 cases were 66-70 years old, 20 cases were 71-75 years old and 14 cases were 76 years old. The malnutrition rates were 64.1%, 64.5%, 74.1% and 77.8% respectively. There was no significant difference between the age group of 60-65 and the age group of 66-70 years old (P> 0.05), while there was no significant difference between the age group of 71-75 years and the age group of over 76 years (P> 0.05) However, the difference was significant (P <0.05) between the age of 76 and 71-75 and the age of 66-70 and the age group of 60-65. Conclusion: The incidence of malnutrition in elderly inpatients with gastroenterology is high, and the incidence of malnutrition can be gradually increased with the increase of patients’ age.
