预算管理是企事业单位围绕经验发展的目标对财务进行计划和管理的一种手段。预算管理已经成为企事业单位现代化发展不可或缺管理模式,是财务管理的重要环节。预算管理的水平与质量的提高是单位财务管理优化的重要保障。本文通过对医院财务管理中的实际问题进行分析,最终提出合理化建议,旨在为提高医院预算管理质量,推进医院财务管理规范化、科学化、专业化发展。
Budget management is a means by which enterprises and institutions plan and manage finance around the goal of experience development. Budget management has become an indispensable management mode for the modernization of enterprises and institutions and is an important part of financial management. The level and quality of budget management is an important guarantee for the optimization of financial management. This paper analyzes the actual problems in the hospital financial management and finally puts forward rationalization proposals aimed at promoting the standardization, scientific and professional development of hospital financial management in order to improve the quality of hospital budget management.
