应用免疫组织化学(LSAB法)检测9例人骨肉瘤ras、c-myc原癌基因和Rb抑癌基因蛋白产物的表达,研究结果表明:原癌基因ras、c-myc的蛋白表达阳性率分别为78%(7例)、89%(8例)。两种蛋白表达的强度无显著性差异。在9例骨肉瘤中,两种原癌基因蛋白共同表达有6例,占67%。抑癌基因Rb蛋白阴性表达为3例,阴性表达率33%,且都伴有P21和c-myc癌基因蛋白的阳性表达。本文研究结果提示P21、c-myc和Rb癌基因蛋白的异常表达可能在骨肉瘤的发生发展起着一定的作用。
The expression of ras, c-myc proto-oncogene and Rb tumor suppressor gene protein product in 9 cases of osteosarcoma was detected by immunohistochemistry (LSAB method). The results showed that the positive rates of ras and c-myc protein expression were as follows: 78% (7 cases) and 89% (8 cases). There was no significant difference in the intensity of the two protein expressions. In 9 cases of osteosarcoma, two proto-oncogene proteins were co-expressed in 6 cases, accounting for 67%. The tumor suppressor gene Rb protein was negatively expressed in 3 cases, and the negative expression rate was 33%. Both were positively associated with P21 and c-myc oncogene proteins. The results of this study suggest that the abnormal expression of P21, c-myc and Rb oncogene proteins may play a role in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.
