目的观察新疆不等单蚤在实验室条件下的生活史。方法将采自乌鲁木齐市褐家鼠体的不等单蚤(6♂♂、7♀♀)在实验室内以小白鼠为供血动物进行人工饲养,在室温24~26℃、RH80%~90%条件下,采用普通基础法和3龄成熟幼虫及蛹在平皿中培养2种方法观察生活史。结果不等单蚤卵期4d,幼虫期8~10d,蛹期5~8d,孕卵期3d,故从成虫产卵到子代成虫产卵共经历20~25d。结论不等单蚤在实验室条件下完成一个生活史周期(一个世代)需20~25d,与以往报道结果基本相似,但观察到了孕卵期。
Objective To observe the life history of Monarch flea in Xinjiang under laboratory conditions. METHODS: Six male and 6 female male Rattus flavescens collected from Urumqi, Xinjiang, were used as feeding animals for artificial feeding in laboratory. The results showed that at room temperature of 24-26 ℃, RH80% -90% Under the conditions, using the basic method and the third instar mature larvae and pupae cultured in two ways to observe the life cycle. The results ranged from 4 days for single flea eggs, 8 to 10 days for larval stages, 5 to 8 days for pupal stage and 3d for gestational day. CONCLUSIONS Monochamus alternates between 20 and 25 days to complete a life cycle (one generation) under laboratory conditions, which is similar to previous reports but observing the stage of pregnancy.
