学风建设是成人高校教学管理的重点。因为成人高校生源和教学方式的特殊性对学风建设有着特别的要求。成人高等教育的学风建设是一项综合性的长期的系统工程。本文提出加强学风建设的思路,即抓思想教育,树终身学习理念;转变管理理念,突出人文关怀;加强管理队伍自身建设,不断改进管理手段;加强班级管理,树立学习楷模;注重专业教育,强化对学习方法的指导;重视教风建设,积极深化教学改革。
The construction of style of study is the focus of adult college teaching management. Because adult students and the particularity of teaching methods have a special demand for the construction of study style.
