以‘FGM’茄子品种(非光敏型)为实验材料,应用Real-Time PCR技术,分析套袋处理对茄子果皮花青素合成的关键酶基因(SmCHS,SmDFR,SmCHI,SmF3’H,SmF3’5’H,SmANS)和转录因子(SmMYB1,SmCOP1)表达水平的影响。结果表明,与对照未套袋果皮相比,SmCHI、SmF3’H和SmANS基因的表达量在套袋处理后没有显著变化,但是SmCOP1、SmCHS、SmDFR、F3’5’H四个基因在套袋处理后表达量明显降低,而SmMYB1基因的表达量在套袋处理后表达量上升,对比分析光敏型茄子的花青素合成相关基因的表达模式,SmMYB1和SmCOP1两个基因在光敏性差异显著的两个品种中表达模式截然相反,这些基因可能与光照对花青素合成的调控作用有关。
