第三批保持共产党员先进性教育活动的对象主要是农村党员,这一部分党员普遍存在年龄偏大、文化程度偏低、参学意识偏弱、接受新鲜事物偏慢、模范带头作用偏小等问题,开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动具有很大的难度。因此,做好第三批保持共产党员先进性教育活动试点工作,总结经验,推广典型就显得尤为重要。从近期全州县开展的试点实践来看,笔者认为试点工作要取得实效,关键在于做好“九个三工程”。
