采用恒温加速试验及低温法以盐酸小檗碱为指标,考察加味香连胶囊的稳定性。加味香连胶囊加热分解动力学实验结果,回归法及作图法得K_(25℃)(h~(-1))t_(0.9)~(25°)(a)分别为1.2340×10~(-6),1.2589×10~(-6);9.7及9.5a。38±1℃,相对湿度为75%以上盐酸小檗碱含量几乎无变化。
The stability of Jiawei Xianglian capsules was investigated using constant temperature accelerated test and low temperature method with berberine hydrochloride as an indicator. The experimental results of heating decomposition kinetics of Jiawei Xianglian Capsules, regression method and mapping method yielded K_(25°C)(h~(-1))t_(0.9)~(25°)(a) respectively 1.2340×10~( -6), 1.2589 × 10 - (-6); 9.7 and 9.5a. 38 ± 1 °C, relative humidity of more than 75% berberine hydrochloride content almost unchanged.
