采用动物移植性肿瘤实验法观察了蔷薇红景天提取液对 S- 180 实体型和 H- 22 生长的抑制作用,并试探讨了红景天提取液抑瘤作用的免疫学机制。结果表明,红景天提取液在1250 ~5000 mg/kg .bw 剂量范围内,能明显地抑制 S- 180 在小鼠体内的生长,抑瘤率高达63 .71 % ;在剂量为1250 mg/kg .bw 时,能一定程度地抑制 H- 22 的生长,但效果可疑,还需进一步重复试验。红景天提取液在500 ~2000mg/kg .bw 剂量范围内,能一定程度地增强荷瘤小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。
The effect of Rhodiola rosea extract on the growth of S-180 solid form and H-22 growth was observed using animal transplantable tumor assay, and the immunological mechanism of Rhodiola rosea extract antitumor activity was explored. The results showed that the Rhodiola extract was between 1250 and 5000 mg/kg. Within the dose range of bw, the growth of S-180 in mice was significantly inhibited, and the tumor inhibition rate was as high as 63. 71%; at a dose of 1250 mg/kg. At bw, the growth of H-22 can be inhibited to a certain extent, but the effect is doubtful, and further experiments need to be repeated. Rhodiola extract in 500 ~ 2000mg/kg. Within the range of bw dose, it can enhance the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of tumor-bearing mice to some extent.
