去年底,建材部地新局与上海市房管局共同对链式压砖机进行了技术鉴定。链式压砖机是采用连续缓慢加压方式压制砖坯的成型设备。它由上海勤俭煤渣制品厂、东北建筑设计院和同济大学共同研制成功的。到目前为止,砖机已间断地运转了八百多小时,其所压制出的粉煤灰砖基本上消除了层裂现象,达到了提高粉煤灰砖质量的目的。
At the end of last year, the New Bureau of the Ministry of Building Materials and the Shanghai Housing Authority jointly conducted technical appraisal of the chain presses. The chain press is a molding machine that uses a continuous slow press to compact a brick. It was jointly developed by the Shanghai Qinqi Coal Residue Products Factory, the Northeast Architectural Design Institute and Tongji University. So far, the brick machine has been operating intermittently for more than 800 hours, and the fly ash bricks it presses basically eliminate the spalling phenomenon and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of fly ash bricks.
