城乡居民养老保险的档案管理工作是维护城乡居民合法权益,促进城乡社会和谐的重要手段之一,对促进我国现代化的城乡建设进程具有十分积极的促进作用。笔者主要从我国城乡居民养老保险档案管理工作的特点及重要性两方面进行展开,阐述了目前我国城乡居民养老保险管理工作中存在的问题及其解决方案,以期为相关工作人员的学习和研究提供一定的借鉴作用。
