开发生物柴油对缓解我国能源约束和保障食品安全有着重要意义。根据本文的测算,自2012年起我国城镇地区每年产生的餐饮废油具备生产生物柴油398万吨以上的潜力,将其用于能源转化的原料不仅能显著提高生物柴油的产量,而且可以消除餐饮废油的潜在危害。但是多种原因致使餐饮废油能源化陷入困境,要促进餐饮废油能源化、增强生物柴油补充我国石油消费的作用,必须采取有效举措阻断其回流餐桌的途径。
The development of biodiesel is very important for alleviating China’s energy constraints and ensuring food safety. According to the calculation of this article, since 2012, the waste oil produced in urban areas of our country has the potential of producing 3.98 million tons of biodiesel per year. The use of raw materials for energy conversion can not only significantly increase the production of biodiesel, but also eliminate food and beverage Potential hazards of used oil. However, due to a variety of reasons, the energy consumption of restaurant waste oil is in a dilemma. To promote the energy consumption of restaurant waste oil and enhance the role of biodiesel in replenishing China’s oil consumption, we must take effective measures to block its return to the dining table.
