随着社会主义现代化进程的加快,经济的迅速发展,人才的竞争在市场竞争中占据着更重要的地位。高水平的人力资源管理可从很大层面上提高企业的竞争力,因此人力资源管理已被纳入企业文化建设之中。企业的员工对于企业的发展非常重要,因此需要让员工从心理上建立起对于企业发展的责任心。为增强员工对于企业的认识,可通过心理契约给员工以鼓励。本篇论文主要是对心理契约在人力资源管理中的作用进行研究。
With the acceleration of the process of socialist modernization, the rapid economic development and the competition of talents occupy a more important position in the market competition. A high level of human resources management can improve the competitiveness of enterprises from a great level, so human resources management has been incorporated into the corporate culture. The employees of the company are very important to the development of the enterprise. Therefore, they need to make the employees mentally establish the sense of responsibility for the development of the enterprise. To enhance staff awareness of the business, employees can be encouraged through psychological contract. This paper mainly studies the role of psychological contract in human resource management.
