政策话语研究是20世纪90年代之后西方公共政策研究中的新兴领域。论文在对当前西方政策话语研究的基本状况进行回顾之后,分析了政策话语研究的理论基础、研究主题、研究方法与应用领域等问题。作为一个新兴的研究领域,政策话语研究的未来发展需要解决本体论与认识论立场的选择、话语概念的界定以及理论研究与经验分析的整合等问题。在此基础上,中国公共政策研究者可以借鉴这一理论资源来促进本土政策研究的发展。
Policy discourse research is an emerging field in western public policy research after the 1990s. After reviewing the basic situation of the current western policy discourse research, the dissertation analyzes the theoretical basis, research topics, research methods and application fields of the policy discourse research. As an emerging research field, the future development of policy discourse research needs to solve the problems of the choice of ontological and epistemological positions, the definition of discourse concepts and the integration of theoretical and empirical analysis. On this basis, Chinese public policy researchers can learn from this theoretical resource to promote the development of local policy research.
