为了研究旋流器直径对分级效率的影响,采用10.2、15.2、25.4和38.1厘米克列伯斯(Krebs)水力旋流器,对石灰石进行了分级试验。在给矿粒度不变的情况下,改变的参数有溢流口和沉砂口直径,处理量和给矿浓度。结果发现分级效率对于所有的试验都是不变的,对于不变的给矿粒度的结论是:几何形状相似的旋流器,分级效率只是分级物料的函数而与旋流器的直径无关。
In order to investigate the effect of cyclone diameter on the fractionation efficiency, limestone was tested for grading using 10.2, 15.2, 25.4 and 38.1 cm Krebs hydrocyclones. In the case of constant ore feed, the parameters of change are the diameter of overflow and grit, the capacity of treatment and the concentration of feed. The results showed that the classification efficiency was constant for all experiments, and the conclusion for invariable feed grain size was that for cyclone with similar geometry, the classification efficiency was only a function of the grading material and not the diameter of the cyclone.
