JAK / STAT pathway is a signal transduction pathway mediated by a variety of cytokines and growth factors involved in physiological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, cell migration, immune regulation and inflammation. The study confirmed that JAK / STAT pathway can actively mediate the pathological activation and injury of macrophages, myofibroblasts and renal tubular epithelial cells in renal interstitial fibrosis, and plays an important regulatory role in the process of renal interstitial fibrosis. In-depth study of the mechanism of JAK / STAT pathway, not only to further clarify the renal interstitial fibrosis of the inflammatory pathway network, but also for the treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis to provide a new target.
