东方红—54(75)推土机是林区主要筑路、养路机械之一。我们在使用中发现前梁断裂是个比较严重而且普遍的问题。因此,如何防止前梁的断裂,成为我们在使用与修理中的一项重要课题。遵照毛主席关于“要用全力找出它的主要矛盾”的教导,几年来,我们在实践中对前梁断裂的原因与防止,进行了探讨,采取了一些措施,收到了较好的效果。前梁的断裂多发生于两侧轴孔处,其断裂与本身材料性质、承受的负荷、作业条件、车体状况及使用情况等因素有关。由于材料性质与作业条件已确定,所承受的负荷又取决于上述其它因素,故着重就使用与车体状况两个方面加以讨论。
Dongfanghong -54 (75) bulldozers are the main road in the forest, road maintenance machinery. We found in the use of the front beam fracture is a more serious and common problem. Therefore, how to prevent the front beam from breaking has become an important issue in our use and repair. In the light of Chairman Mao’s teaching on “making every effort to find out its major contradictions”, in the past few years we have discussed in practice the causes and prevention of the broken front beam, taken some measures and received good results. Fracture occurred in the front beam occurred at both sides of the shaft hole, the fracture and its own material properties, bearing the load, operating conditions, body conditions and the use of such factors. As the nature of materials and operating conditions have been identified, the load borne in turn depends on the above other factors, it focuses on the use and the status of the body to be discussed in two aspects.
