历史的镜头将永远定格于这一刻:公元2004年12月31日,原河南省南阳市建筑工程总公司机关办公大院内彩门耸立、锣鼓喧天。作为南阳市国有建筑企业排头兵,该公司为适应市场形势及企业改革发展需要,改制更名为河南天工建设集团有限公司的挂牌仪式隆重举行。2005年3月16日,河南天工建设集团有限公司召开股东代表大会和董事会,选举张连喜同志为集团公司董事长兼总经理。在此前后,对张连喜同志来说,各种荣誉接踵而至,真可谓喜事连连:2005年3月11日,河南省工程建设协会授予张连喜同志“2004年度河南省优秀施式企业家”;2005年3月29日,张连喜同志被中国建筑业协会授予“2004年度全国工程建设质量管理先进工作
