随着机场的属地化改革完成,机场成为自主盈亏的经济实体。本文从开展非航空性业务的必然性出发,分析了影响非航空性业务的因素,提出机场发展非航空业务的思路:重视前期规划、推进特许经营、建立多元化产业经营。
With the completion of the airport’s localization reform, the airport has become an independent profit and loss economic entity. Based on the inevitability of developing non-aviation business, this paper analyzes the factors affecting non-aviation business and puts forward the idea of developing non-aviation business at the airport: paying attention to the preliminary planning, promoting franchising and establishing a diversified industrial operation.
