入世10年,中国已经成为名副其实的世界贸易大国和全球第二大经济体,但在“硬实力”不断增强的同时,如何提高自身在核心技术、知识产权、规则制定等方面的软实力,如何更大程度的激发中国经济的内生动力,提高外向型经济的内涵和质量,无疑将成为下一个10年需要重点关注和解决的问题。10年,中国正在新的起点上,寻求全球经济中的新定位。
Ten years after China’s accession to the WTO, China has become a veritable world trade power and the second largest economy in the world. However, while “” “hard power” is constantly increasing, how can China improve its own soft power in terms of core technologies, intellectual property rights and rules? How to stimulate the internal dynamics of China’s economy to a greater degree and enhance the connotation and quality of the export-oriented economy will undoubtedly become the issue that needs to be focused and solved in the next 10 years. In the past 10 years, China is seeking a new position in the global economy on a new starting point.
