目的探讨妊娠期人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的型别分布,以及妊娠期HPV感染的相关因素。方法对不同孕期的533例孕妇进行年龄、孕产次、性生活开始年龄、性伴侣个数的统计,运用新的PCR结合DNA探针杂交检测方法宫颈脱落细胞进行23种HPV基因型的分型检测。分析其感染率、感染类型以及HPV与年龄、性生活开始年龄、性伴侣个数等的相关性。结果共有17种HPV亚型被检出,总的感染率为12.95%,单一型别感染排在前5位的依次是HPV16(17.39%)、18(17.39%)、11(14.49%)、58(8.70%)、33(5.79%);混合感染构成比为14.49%。年龄、妊娠次数、性生活开始年龄、性伴侣个数与HPV感染有关。结论孕期HPV感染包括单一型和混合型感染,以高危型别HPV感染为主,HPV感染的高危因素包括妊娠次数>3次、性生活开始年龄〈20岁,性伴侣个数〉3个。
Objective To investigate the type distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnancy and the related factors of HPV infection during pregnancy. Methods A total of 533 pregnant women of different pregnancy were enrolled in the study. The age, pregnancy time, the age of onset of sexual life and the number of sexual partners were counted. The genotypes of 23 HPV genotypes were detected by PCR and DNA probe hybridization. Detection. Analysis of their infection rate, type of infection and HPV and age, sex, age of onset, the number of sexual partners and so on. Results A total of 17 HPV subtypes were detected, with a total infection rate of 12.95%. The top 5 single infection types were HPV16 (17.39%), 18 (17.39%), 11 (14.49%), 58 (8.70%) and 33 (5.79%) respectively. The mixed infection ratio was 14.49%. Age, number of pregnancies, age of onset of sexual activity, number of sexual partners and HPV infection. CONCLUSIONS HPV infection during pregnancy includes single type and mixed type. High-risk type HPV infection is the main risk factor for HPV infection. The risk factors for HPV infection include pregnancy frequency> 3, onset of sexual life <20 years, number of sexual partners> 3.
