目的:观察三叶因子3(TFF3)在胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,探讨TFF3在胃癌发生、发展、侵润以及转移中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测TFF3在60例胃癌组织、60例癌旁组织和60正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果:胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织中,TFF3表达呈逐渐减弱趋势(p<0.05),TFF3的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和淋巴结转移有关。结论:胃癌组织中TFF3表达增高,其表达与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) in gastric cancer tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues and to explore the role of TFF3 in the development, invasion, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TFF3 in 60 gastric cancer tissues, 60 adjacent tissues and 60 normal gastric mucosa tissues. Results: The expression of TFF3 gradually decreased in gastric cancer tissues, adjacent normal tissues and normal gastric mucosa (p <0.05). The expression of TFF3 was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expression of TFF3 in gastric cancer tissue is increased. The expression of TFF3 is correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
