目的:探讨儿童骨科护理中影响患者满意度的因素与对策。方法:随机抽取医院儿童骨科2014年6月~2016年3月收治的骨折患儿30例,详细记录患儿临床护理过程中出现的护理问题及已发生的护患纠纷,探究儿童骨科护理满意度的影响因素,总结临床护理方法。结果:影响儿童骨科护理满意度的因素主要有患儿家属与护理人员的沟通状况、护理人员道德素养以及专业护理水平等,分别占40.00%、30.00%和20.00%。护龄低于5年的护士引起的护患纠纷占57.35%,高于其他护龄段护士。结论:医院对影响儿童骨科护理满意度的因素引起重视,积极采取对策,促进护理工作的开展。
Objective: To explore the factors influencing patient satisfaction in orthopedic care in children and its countermeasures. Methods: A total of 30 children with fracture were randomly selected from orthopedic department of our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016. The nursing problems occurred in the course of clinical nursing and the nurse-patient disputes were recorded in detail. The satisfaction of orthopedics nursing in children The influencing factors, summarizing clinical nursing methods. Results: The factors influencing the satisfaction of children ’s orthopedic nursing mainly included the communication between family members and nurses, the moral quality of nurses and professional nursing, which accounted for 40.00%, 30.00% and 20.00% respectively. Nurse-nurse disputes caused by nurses aged less than 5 years accounted for 57.35%, higher than other nurse age-section nurses. Conclusion: The hospital attaches great importance to the factors affecting the satisfaction of children ’s orthopedic nursing, and takes active measures to promote the nursing work.
