近年来,随着我国的经济发展和市场经济的改革,国有企业和很多职工都解除了劳动关系,这些企业职工就成为了失业人员。而就业单位就需要对他们的人事档案进行进一步的管理,其中包括准确规范管理好每一个失业人员的档案,给每一个失业人员办理失业保险手续;提供调取档案、查阅档案、咨询服务等,而且还要借助信息技术来建立起完善的电子档案制度,加强管理手段,创新方式方法,提高档案管理水平。
