The world will change, but human nature will not change. What I am trying to explore is the relationship between people. Charles Handy, Europe’s best known and most influential management thinker, is known around the world for new concepts such as “the relationship between the organization and the individual” and “future work patterns.” More than 20 years ago, Handy predicted that in the 21st century full-time workers will be less than half of the employed population. He personally practiced this prophecy at the age of 49 and was converted to an independent worker. Hadi’s important books include “the soul of hunger”, “the future of work and life” and so on.
