以肺支原体(M,pulmonis)为标准株,莱德劳氏无甾醇原体(M.laidlawii)为参照株,用六种基础培养基对肺支原体的适宜培养基、添加成分、培养温度、湿度、PH值、二氧化碳(CO2)需要情况及不同菌落形态进行了研究、结果表明肺支原体以pH7.6-8.0的PPLO培养基基础为好,温度36±1℃,相对湿度65±5%培养72-96h生长达最高点。pH值低于70,高于8.0,生长停止。马、小牛、兔血清均能使其生长,但血清浓度对生长影响较大,以15%以上浓度生长良好。在含0.3%和1%的琼脂培养基中能看到典型“慧星状”和“煎蛋状”菌落。CO2对肺支原体生长不敏感,在上述条件下有无均可生长.
Mycoplasma pulmonis (M. pulmonis) was used as standard strain. M. laidlawii was used as a reference strain. Six kinds of basal medium were used to determine the optimum medium, composition, culture temperature and humidity of mycoplasma pneumoniae , PH value, carbon dioxide (CO2) requirement and different colony morphology were studied. The results showed that the mycoplasma pneumoniae had the best pH of PPLO medium at pH 7.6-8.0, the temperature was 36 ± 1 ℃ and the relative humidity was 65 ± 5% 72-96h training up to the highest point of growth. pH below 70, above 8.0, growth stopped. Horse, calf, rabbit serum can make its growth, but the serum concentration of a greater impact on the growth of more than 15% of the growth of good. Typical “Comet” and “Omelet” colonies can be seen in 0.3% and 1% agar media. CO2 is not sensitive to the growth of Mycoplasma hominis and can grow under the above conditions.
