一、前言龙羊峡水电站引水钢管制造由机修厂和安装队分别承担,到82年6月底止,达1836吨。钢管瓦片由机修厂40mm卷板机卷制。由于初次使用新卷板机,过去也没有卷过40mm厚的钢板,工艺措施还不完善,引用规范不尽吻合,以及制造过程中质量检查不够健全,因此,前阶段的钢管制作质量存在问题,如瓦片端部弧度不合要求,有直边现象。用火焰矫正,又出现构件变形、组织变软等缺陷。为保证钢管质量,近来采用焊接变形矫正及热处理工艺方法,效果较好。二、变形原因及矫正方法钢管直径西φ6700mm和φ7500mm,材料16M_n、15M_nV低合金钢板,厚度δ= 34~40mm,每节管由3~4块瓦片焊成。
