散体颗粒转载过程中常出现物料阻塞、环境污染等不利于生产的现象。运用离散单元法对散体物料进行仿真分析弥补了单纯对几何体进行分析的不足。运用CREO软件建立了转载站的三维几何体模型,并将模型导入到EDEM软件中进行仿真。比较不同参数下结构的受力与物料分布情况,为转载站的设计提供了依据。
Dispersed particles often appear in the process of material obstruction, environmental pollution is not conducive to the phenomenon of production. The use of discrete element method to simulate the bulk material to make up for the lack of simple analysis of the geometry. Using CREO software to build a three-dimensional geometric model of the reprinting station, and the model into the EDEM software for simulation. Comparing the force and material distribution of the structure under different parameters provides the basis for the design of the transfer station.
