我国保安服务业,是党的改革开放政策的产物,是适应建立社会主义市场经济的需要而发展起来的。它一出现,就在强化社会治安,提高社会安全防范能力,稳定社会等方面做出了不可磨灭的贡献。 我国保安服务业前景广阔,只要社会主义市场经济存在。它就不会自然消失。就当前我国保安服务业的生存和发展,笔者以为必须妥善解决以下几个问题: 第一,各级公安机关要进一步加强对保安服务业的领导和管理,只有真正把保安公司看成是“提高社会
