目的应用一种新型心电图仪用无创体表方法—精准心电图测量心电图P-R段对应出现的各小波间期值。方法对397例健康人群体检,作精准心电图与常规心电图同步记录进行对比,并测量各小波间期。结果P-A间期(31.42±10.69)ms;A-H间期(99.62±19.49)ms;H-V间期(54.52±5.24)ms,其3个间期基本与有创心内电生理检测正常人数据(P-A间期25~35ms,A-H间期60~110ms,H-V间期35~55ms)相符。结论精准心电图能记录人类心脏传导系统自然信号,显示出P-A、A-H、H-V间期。
Objective To establish a new type of noninvasive electrocardiograph (ECG) instrument, which is used to measure the inter-wavelet interval corresponding to the P-R segment of ECG. Methods The physical examination of 397 healthy people was compared between the precise electrocardiogram and the conventional electrocardiogram, and the interval of each wavelet was measured. Results Inter-PA interval (31.42 ± 10.69) ms, inter-AH interval (99.62 ± 19.49) ms and inter-HV interval (54.52 ± 5.24) ms, Interval 25 ~ 35ms, AH interval 60 ~ 110ms, HV interval 35 ~ 55ms). Conclusion The accurate ECG can record the natural signal of human cardiac conduction system and show P-A, A-H and H-V intervals.
